If your system can share data, ideally through an API, we can integrate with it. We’ve integrated websites with Integra NG, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage CRM, thankQ, Raiser’s Edge, Donorfy and CiviCRM. If you’re not sure what your system can do, we’ll work with your supplier to find out.

Do our members need an app?

Not necessarily. An app is only worth building if members will use it regularly. Asking people to download an app is a barrier, and a mobile-friendly member portal can often provide the same features. Apps tend to work best for organisations with frequent, on-the-go needs, such as events, networking or CPD logging. We’ll give you an honest recommendation.

Should we share our budget with agencies?

Yes, we’d always recommend it. It takes the guesswork out of proposals, so agencies can suggest the best way to use your budget, and you can compare proposals like for like. We can also tell you early if your ambitions and budget don’t match, and suggest a phased approach if needed.
